Roeme utilizes Stripe as its payment processor and all purchases made through the Site will be directed to Stripe for payment processing. You will be required to accept the Stripe terms and
conditions before making a purchase through Stripe.
If you choose to create a Roeme user account to use a Roeme application, you will need to provide your name, phone number, e-mail address and password. You can choose to add further information to your account, such as a photo. Your profile information, including your name, photo, past and upcoming reservations, favorite studios, friend
connections and other profile information will be collected and made visible to other users.
If you are a business user, we will ask for the following information about your business: business legal name and any “doing business as” or “d/b/a/”, phone number, email, tax identification number and details regarding your business such as the staff (such as class
instructors or trainers) who provide your services. Information you provide about your staff, including names and photographs, will be made public to other users.
Other information that you provide by filling in forms on our Site. This includes requesting further services. We may also ask you for information when you enter a contest or promotion sponsored by us, and when you report a problem with our Site.
You also may provide information to be published or displayed (hereinafter, "posted") on public areas of the Site, or transmitted to other users of the Site or third parties (collectively, "User
Contributions"). Your User Contributions are posted on and transmitted to others at your own risk. Although we limit access to certain pages, please be aware that no security measures are perfect or impenetrable. Additionally, we cannot control the actions of other users of the Site

If you create a user account to use a Roeme application, your name, photo, past and upcoming reservations, favorite studios, friend connections and other profile information will be visible to other users.
If you are a business user and you provide us with information about your staff (including names and pictures), this information will be made public to other users.
To any partner that makes available a class, activity or experience you reserve or use through our Site as a user and their third-party providers, so that they can process the applicable reservation or activity and make available classes and services to you.
In connection with an actual or potential merger, divestiture, restructuring, reorganization, dissolution, acquisition, joint venture, or other sale or transfer of some or all of Roeme's assets, whether as a going concern or as part of bankruptcy, liquidation, or similar proceeding, in which personal information held by Roeme about our Site users is among the assets transferred.
